The inspection of witnesses will be attended by representatives of the Move Forward Party and the EC before the court sets a date for the next hearing on Wednesday, July 17 at 9:30 a.m. The reporter also reported that there was a group of supporters of the Move Forward Party with signs who came to support the Move Forward Party and follow the appointment to inspect the evidence. In this regard, for the examination of evidence today (July 9), the EC sent representatives to examine the evidence in the morning because the court had scheduled different times to avoid confronting each other. The court had scheduled a representative from the Move Forward Party in the afternoon. Then at 1:00 p.m., Mr. Chaithawat Tulathan, leader of the Move Forward Party, along with the party's legal team, came to the Constitutional Court. Mr. Chaithawat said that today the Constitutional Court has scheduled an inspection of relevant evidence in the case filed by the EC to dissolve the Move Forward Party. The Move Forward Party has submitted a total of 10 witnesses, and today, it will submit an additional statement, namely Mr. Surapol Nitikraipot, a professor of public law and advisor to the EC. He is confident in the facts and the law that we are fighting for and confirms that he is not worried. However, after submitting evidence today, he expects that the Constitutional Court will open an investigation based on the evidence that the Move Forward Party has submitted. Source: Thai News Agency
