Innovative Electric Vehicles Showcased at Bangkok Motor Show

Under the theme 'The Mobility of Joyful Experiences,' over 50 automobile and motorcycle manufacturers are participating in the event. Among the highlights is Isuzu's unveiling of a four-door electric pickup truck, the D-Max EV 100%, capable of carrying one ton and running approximately 300 kilometers per full battery charge. This vehicle, manufactured in Thailand, is expected to hit the market within the next two years. From China, Chang'an Automobile presents the 'Lumin' electric mini car with two seats, boasting the lowest price at the show, starting from 479,000 baht, with a range of 301 kilometers per full charge taking 8-9 hours. The most expensive exhibit is the Lamborghini in white, priced at 450 million baht (12 million USD), with only one unit showcased in Thailand and a total of 13 worldwide. Neo Mobility Asia, the aut horized distributor of Xpeng, introduces the Xpeng electric cars and a flying car prototype, representing China's leading smart electric vehicles showcased for the first time in Thailand, yet to confirm pricing and distribution timelines. Another highlight is the debut of 'Hanuman 3,' a 100% electric Thai-made vehicle, manufactured by SRA Siam Racing Automobile. The vehicle was inspired by the racing legacy of Prince Birabongse Bhanudej, or Prince Bira, the first Thai Formula One racing driver, with production limited to 110 units in honor of the 110th anniversary of his birth. The event, held in Muang Thong Thani this time, boasts a budget of over 300 million baht, covering an area of ??76,000 square meters.
