Yi Tankun' takes victims to file a complaint against a famous online brand after an unfair system change. Initially, there were 70 victims, causing damages of more than 50 million baht. Mr. Thanakun Jittisara or Yi Thanakun, President of the Santi Prachadham Club, brought approximately 10 victims to file a complaint with the Crime Suppression Division (CSD) after a famous company changed the contract for the stock system of distributors, causing them to be unable to withdraw a large amount of products. Initially, there were 70 victims with damages worth over 50 million baht. Yi Thanakun revealed that the company with the initials R is a large company with high investment value. It has a superstar as its presenter and a leading Thai presenter as its presenter. However, it did not accuse the star of being an accomplice in any crime. Currently, there are 70 victims who have gathered together, with total damages of over 50 million baht. The investment will start with an invitation to buy products by opening a b ill for 10 items for 6,900 baht. However, it is very difficult and takes a long time to get the products and they do not get the full amount. When they follow up and ask for the products, they do not get them even though they have already paid. In addition, they have a network of team leaders and subordinates to overlap, similar to a pyramid scheme. However, whether it falls under this category or not, the police will be the ones to examine the evidence. The company also offers rewards for achieving sales targets, such as if the sales target reaches 2 million baht, they will get a trip to America. The trip is worth 300,000 baht, but when they ask for the money, they cannot actually get it. Instead, they give 50,000 baht. If the sales target reaches 2.5 million baht, they will get to eat with a world-class artist, but they do not actually get it. Ms. A (pseudonym), one of the victims, said that the company is a model for accepting distributors. Later, the system was changed without prior notice to the distrib utors. The company stocks products with the company and allows withdrawals of a limited amount of 10 pieces/time. If a large amount is withdrawn, a request must be made. In addition, there are sales cuts with the group of distributors, causing the distributors to be unable to sell products. The group of victims has requested the company to fix the system, but almost 11 months have passed and there has been no fix. Therefore, they would like the company to help buy the products back. There are also some victims who took their products to sell in Cambodia, but found that the company had opened sales in Cambodia as well. When the victims demanded a lot of money, the website password would be cut off and locked, making it impossible to track sales. Today, the group of victims came to file a complaint against the two owners of the company, a husband and wife, on charges of fraud under the Computer Crimes Act and on the unfair contract change, whether it would fall under the Consumer Protection Act or not.
