The legal end of the Tak Bai case: 20 years, the starting point of the people’s power

Although the Tak Bai case has passed the statute of limitations of 20 years since 25 Oct, today the Narathiwat Provincial Court has summoned both parties to examine the grounds for the lawsuit for the last time. As expected, the court finally announced the dismissal of the case and opened an opportunity for the families of the deceased to ask questions about the case directly to the court.
