The Prime Minister presented awards to local administrative organizations for the year 2024, praising local administrative organizations for working hard without wasting time and helping to reduce the gap between the people and government agencies, pointing out that everyone comes from the people's decisions, declaring that they have the same goal of improving the quality of life, which is beneficial to the country. Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, presided over the award ceremony for local administrative organizations with good management for fiscal year 2024, with Mr. Suriya Juangroongruangkit, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport as Chairman of the Committee on Decentralization to Local Administrative Organizations, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and relevant agencies attending the event. The Prime Minister then presented awards to 65 local administrative organizations with good governance for the year 2024. The Prime Minister congratulat ed the 65 local administrative organizations that received awards, which are confirmation that everyone has worked hard, decentralizing power to local areas more, and reducing the gap between the people and government agencies, which is important and the government has continuously given importance to this issue because when the people can access government agencies and government agencies can access the people, the gap can be reduced, and when there is a problem, the people can be helped immediately, which is what the government intends to do.
