Bangkok: The Bus Terminal has officially opened advance ticket bookings for the New Year 2027, deploying a total of 311 buses to accommodate travelers heading back to their hometowns.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Atthawit Rakchamroon, Managing Director of Transport Company Limited (BKS) under the Ministry of Transport, announced that BKS is ready to facilitate public travel during the New Year's holiday season of 2027. Anticipating a large volume of travelers returning to their hometowns or engaging in tourism activities, BKS encourages the public to book their tickets in advance. Tickets can be purchased starting today through various platforms such as the BKS website, E-ticket, Facebook, Line BKS, and at BKS ticket outlets nationwide. Travelers can also secure bookings by calling 0 2936 2841 - 48.
The advance booking option aims to provide travelers with convenient and reliable travel planning, allowing for efficient time management and reducing the risk of fully booked buses during peak holiday periods. Travelers are advised to check bus schedules, routes, and select their preferred travel dates and times ahead of their journey.
