An arrest warrant was issued by the Thanyaburi Provincial Court on charges of premeditated murder. The crucial evidence that led to the arrest warrant included CCTV footage that contradicted the suspect's statement, and forensic analysis of a short knife found under the seat of his motorcycle, which was parked in front of the fire room. The knife bore traces of the deceased's blood, solidifying the case against the suspect.
