Officers surrounded the area and tried to persuade them. Meanwhile, another group of officers searched the car and found a .38 caliber bullet casing on the floor in front of the driver's seat. A kilogram of crystal methamphetamine was found on the back seat of the car. A bag full of 160,000 pills of drugs were found in the trunk. The patrol officer said that while patrolling the area at the entrance of Soi Sai Mai 57, Sai Mai Subdistrict, Sai Mai District, Bangkok, they found the car with 3 men and a woman in it, 2 men sitting in the front seat and 1 wo man in the back seat. The car looked suspicious and they called for a search, but the car sped away, turned left and drove past Sai Mai Hospital. When they chased them to Lam Luk Ka Intersection, the perpetrators crashed into the patrol motorcycle, causing 1 motorcycle to fall. The patrol officer used a gun to shoot the rear left tire of the motorcycle, causing it to fall. The perpetrators then turned left onto Phahon Yothin Road and fired 5 shots from the gun. The perpetrators then drove over the rear left tire that had been shot, heading towards Pratu Krungthep, turned left and passed Save One Market, causing damage to more than 10 cars. They then drove onto Khlong Song Road and were cornered in Soi Sai Mai 10. The chase was almost 10 kilometers. From checking the license plate of the culprit's car, the owner's name is Mr. Wanchai, 65 years old, believed to be Mr. Wutthisak' s father, with a history of attempted murder charges. Later, officers were able to contact the owner of the house where the culprit hid, allowing the police to enter the code and view the images from the CCTV camera on their mobile phones to see the movements of the 2 culprits hiding in the back of the pickup truck. At the same time, officers were able to contact the mother of the suspect who was traveling from the Mahachai area, Samut Sakhon Province, to persuade both of them to surrender.
