Suratin Phicharn Joins Bhumjaithai Party to Support Anutin Charnvirakul for Prime Minister

Bangkok: Surathin Phicharn, leader of the New Democracy Party (PDP), has announced his support for Anutin Charnvirakul, leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, as he aims to become Thailand's 33rd Prime Minister. Surathin expressed his commitment to Anutin's leadership by rushing to the Bhumjaithai Party headquarters to show his support.

According to Thai News Agency, Surathin congratulated Anutin on securing the most seats in the recent election. He noted that the New Democracy Party, which secured one seat, is fully committed to the coalition, despite the election results not being officially recognized yet. Surathin emphasized the importance of stability and well-being for the Thai people, expressing hope for Anutin's leadership in overseeing the country's economy, society, and border security. He highlighted the need to address issues in the northern border areas and ensure overall stability.

Surathin reiterated his party's support for Anutin, stating his willingness to give his party's one vote to Anutin to expedite the formation of the government. He expressed a desire for the new government to form quickly to bring happiness to the people and prosperity to the economy.
