Voters can submit their reasons from January 4-10, 2026, and post-election from January 12-18, 2026, using form S.Th./Ph.Th. 1/8 or a written document with their national ID number and registered address. Submissions can be made in person, by proxy, through registered mail, or online via the Election Commission's website, the Smart Vote application, or the Ministry of Interior's Bureau of Registration Administration website.
