Chinese professional golfer Ruo Ning Yin showcased a stunning chip-in birdie from the edge of the 18th hole, finishing the day with a 4-under-par 68 to take the solo lead in the third round of the FM Championship at TPC Boston on Saturday.
According to Thai News Agency, in addition to her chip-in on the final hole, Yin also sank a 20-foot birdie putt on the par-3 16th hole, bringing her total score to 12 under par 204, just one stroke ahead of South Korean pros Sei Young Kim and Hyo Joo Kim. The Chinese golfer has won five LPGA Tour titles (two in 2023 and three in 2024).
Meanwhile, Se Young Kim, the former first-round leader who shot a 64 before shooting a 74 in the second round, managed to bounce back with a 67.
