Rangsit:The Rangsit City Municipality in Pathum Thani province issued a warning this morning as the water level in Khlong Rangsit Prayursak reached an orange alert status, signifying a high risk of flooding.
According to Thai News Agency, residents have been advised to relocate their belongings to higher ground due to the rising water levels. At 504 AM, the water level was recorded at 1.52 meters and had increased to 1.66 meters by 920 AM, approaching the red alert threshold.
Communities near the Rangsit Prayursak Canal and other vulnerable areas are urged to remain vigilant and prepare for potential flooding. Local authorities are actively working to manage the situation by draining the excess water.
