Bangkok: PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTT EP) is pleased to receive several awards in both IR (Internal Relations) and Corporate Governance categories.
According to Thai News Agency, PTT EP has received an "Excellent" rating (5 symbols), the highest level, in corporate governance for the 24th consecutive year. The company has also been ranked in the top quartile of companies with a market capitalization of at least 100 billion baht.
PTT EP announced that the assessment is based on the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR 2025), conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (Thai IOD). This recognition reflects PTT EP's commitment to conducting business under the principles of good corporate governance, which is the foundation for a strong and sustainable organization.
In addition to its corporate governance accolades, PTT EP also received three awards from the 'IR Impact Awards - South East Asia'. The awards include Best Overall Investor Relations (Large Cap), Best Investor Relations Officer (Large Cap), and Best Use of Social Media and Video. These awards were presented by IR Impact, a global expert in investor relations from the United Kingdom, which recognizes companies with outstanding investor relations activities and the creative application of technology and communication channels to disclose information to investors. The awards ceremony took place at the Singapore Stock Exchange.
