According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Zhang Jianwei, the Chinese Ambassador to Thailand, made a courtesy call on the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, marking the commencement of his duties. Government Spokesperson Siripong Angkasakulkiat reported that the Prime Minister was pleased to welcome the Chinese Ambassador officially, highlighting the 50-year-long friendship between the two countries.
