Bangkok: Manchester City are considering Maresca as their manager after the end of the season. Manchester City, the big-spending club in the English Premier League, has identified Enzo Maresca, the Italian manager of Chelsea, as a potential successor to Pep Guardiola after his impressive performance with the "Blues".

According to Thai News Agency, despite having a contract until 2027, Guardiola has hinted at a desire to take a break from managing after his contract with Manchester City expires. Meanwhile, The Sun, citing Spanish sources, reports that Pep Guardiola could leave the Etihad Stadium at the end of this season.

Therefore, Manchester City are already looking for a replacement, setting their sights on Maresca, who previously worked as Guardiola's assistant in 2022 before going on to develop his managerial career with Parma, Leicester City, and Chelsea.
