According to Thai News Agency, the popularity of country singer Kantong Thungngern, known for her many hit songs such as "Jue Bo," "Kulap," and "Kae Bon," shows no signs of slowing down. Kantong revealed to the media that this year has been an incredibly busy one, with a packed schedule and hardly any days off. She averages over 40 performances a month, sometimes even two in a single day, working day and night.
Kantong shared her secrets to maintaining her performance schedule, emphasizing the importance of getting enough rest, avoiding cold water, and being cautious about cigarette smoke due to her allergy. She ensures that smoking is prohibited at her events to protect her health.
With numerous performances lined up, Kantong is determined to make the most of this time. The biggest surprise is her plan to go international next year, with performances scheduled in England, Germany, and France. This marks a significant step in her career.
Despite her success, Kantong candidly admitted that her earnings have been primarily used to pay off her mother's new house, costing around 8 million baht. She aims to clear the debt within a year to secure her family's financial stability, fearing that her fame might not last forever.
On her personal life, Kantong stated she is focused on her career during this crucial period. Although she is in contact with someone, she does not prioritize romance at the moment. Her ideal partner is someone who understands and supports her work. Kantong humorously mentioned being a "sugar mommy" and expressed confidence in her ability to support herself financially.
