Bangkok: The news of the sudden death of his adopted daughter, "Nong Punch," in a car accident has shocked and broken the hearts of fans across the country. Popular singer Kong Huayrai (Akkaradech Yodjumpa) posted the tragic news on his personal social media account.
According to Thai News Agency, "Nong Punch" and her younger brother, "Nong Potter," are children who have garnered much sympathy and support from fans and the public. After losing their parents in the collapse of the State Audit Office building on March 28, 2024, the two children were placed under the care of their grandmother. Later, Kong Huayrai and his wife, Belle Khanittha, stepped in to help and adopted them, raising them as their own children.
Kong Huayrai posted a heartfelt message mourning his adopted daughter, saying, "Go and be with your father and mother, my child. As for Potter, Father Kong and Mother Belle will take care of him. I'm informing you that Punch was in a car accident and is traveling a very long distance, never to return. May the merit that your father and mother have accumulated guide you on your journey safely."
