Government MPs used nearly 4 hours, leaving over 1 hour and 40 minutes, while Opposition MPs occupied almost 8 hours, with more than 6 hours and 30 minutes still available. The chairman used about 31 minutes, leaving approximately 28 minutes for further discussion.
