Fabinho Makes Unexpected Return to Brazil National Team After Three-Year Hiatus

Rio de janeiro: Former Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has made a surprise return to the Brazil squad after a three-year absence from international duty, according to manager Carlo Ancelotti's squad list.

According to Thai News Agency, Brazil, under the Italian coach, have two friendly matches scheduled to take place against Senegal in London on November 15th, followed by a match against Tunisia in Lille, France on November 18th. On November 6th, Ancelotti called up 26 players to be included in the squad for this period.

However, there was a surprise when Fabinho, the former Liverpool midfielder who moved to Saudi Arabian league club Al Ittihad in July 2023, returned to the team despite having been absent from playing for the Selecao for nearly three years.
