Bangkok: Three partners are seeking to empower women and promote them as role models for modern women, contributing to the globalization of the Thai economy. The initiative, spearheaded by Dr. Pornvijitra Navarat, founder of World Women Expo, involves a strategic collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ms. Benja Kalyanamitra, known as Miss Tourism Thailand, and Mr. Nonthawat Taerattanachai, an executive at United Studio Co., Ltd. This partnership aims to leverage the strengths of each organization to boost women's empowerment and promote the creative economy on an international scale.
According to Thai News Agency, the agreement was formalized during the Grand Opening of the World Women Expo. The collaboration is set to yield benefits in three critical areas. Firstly, it seeks to expand the global business base and network by combining the World Women Expo platform with Benja's extensive tourism connections. This will enhance Thailand's soft power globally, stimulating economic growth and attracting trade and investment opportunities.
Secondly, United Studios will produce premium content to effectively promote the project's image and activities to a global audience. This media strategy is expected to significantly elevate the project's visibility and impact.
Lastly, the collaboration focuses on women empowerment by creating opportunities for women to showcase their talents and advance to international levels. This effort is supported by various projects that will continue until 2026, providing women with the necessary platforms and resources to succeed.
Ms. Benja emphasized that by 2026, Dr. Pornvijitra and Miss Tourism will become a central hub for leading Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) in Thailand. Their goal is to establish a robust online sales ecosystem by curating high-quality Thai products in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, and presenting them through innovative live streaming. A key feature of this initiative is the involvement of United Studio Co., Ltd. as a cross-border bridge, which will bring prominent Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from China to engage in live commerce activities in Thailand. This approach targets the affluent Chinese consumer market, aiming to create a groundbreaking cross-border live commerce phenomenon.
