Mr. Itthiporn Boonprakong, Chairman of the Election Commission of Thailand (ECT) revealed that the ECT's meeting today (July 10) was just following up on the progress of the fact-finding committee in the case of I-share holdings. TV Public Company Limited amounting to 42,000 shares is subject to prohibited characteristics. Not using the right to run for election Member of the House of Representatives according to Section 98(3) of the Constitution and causing membership MPs ended. According to Section 101(6) of the Constitution to submit to the Constitutional Court for a decision according to Section 82 of the Constitution only, the matter has not yet been resolved.
Reporters reported that the ECT meeting took place from 1:00 p.m., adjourned at 4:00 p.m. without announcing the results of the meeting, however, it was reported that the meeting would continue tomorrow (July 11) at 10:00 a.m. and July 13 at 9:00 a.m.-Thai News Agency
