Bangkok: CK Power Public Company Limited (CKPower), a prominent renewable energy power producer in the region, has been awarded a 5-star or "Excellent" rating in the 2025 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR 2025). This marks the eighth consecutive year that CKPower has received this prestigious recognition in the survey conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD), with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
According to Thai News Agency, this "Excellent" rating underscores CKPower's dedication to adhering to the principles of good governance, transparency, and accountability. The company's commitment extends across its entire value chain, aligning with sustainable development goals in areas such as environment, society, and corporate governance (ESG). The CGR assessment's objective is to elevate the governance standards of Thai listed companies to international levels, enhance transparency, and foster investor confidence for the sustainable growth of Thailand's capital market. In the year 2025, a total of 844 listed companies took part in the assessment.
