Anutin and Interior Ministry Collaborate with FTI for FTI EXPO 2025.

Bangkok: "Anutin" leads the Ministry of Interior agencies to collaborate with the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) for the FTI EXPO 2025, aiming to bolster Thai industries, focusing on sustainability from February 12 to 15, 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Traisuree Traisaranakul, Secretary to the Minister of Interior and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior, announced that Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, met with Mr. Kriangkrai Thienukul, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries, to discuss the forthcoming FTI EXPO 2025. The event will be held under the theme "EMPOWERING THAI INDUSTRY, ELEVATING THAILAND'S FUTURE, Empowering Thai Industry for a Sustainable Thai Future." Mr. Anutin expressed his support for the FTI EXPO 2025, emphasizing the government's commitment to implementing sustainable policies for entrepreneurs, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). He highlighted the invol vement of the Ministry of Interior and its affiliated ministries, including the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, in showcasing the outcomes of the expo to stimulate economic recovery. The Ministry of Interior plans to feature exhibitions and activities demonstrating support for the industrial sector, focusing on areas like urban planning, clean energy, and waste management. These initiatives aim to drive economic development at the provincial level and promote environmentally friendly practices, including the use of local wisdom and technology for waste management. Mr. Arsit Sampantharat, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, emphasized the collaborative efforts between government and private sectors for the expo, which aligns with the Deputy Prime Minister's policy to enhance and modernize industrial policies. The event is expected to elevate Thai industry to international standards. Mr. Kriangkrai outlined the objectives of the FTI EXPO 2025, which will focus on transforming Thai industries through four key initiatives: GO Digital, GO Innovation, GO Global, and GO Green. The event anticipates attracting 50,000 to 70,000 participants from Thailand and abroad, showcasing innovations, addressing climate change, and promoting business networking. The discussion was attended by prominent officials from the Ministry of Interior, including Mr. Arsit Sampantharat, Mr. Chotinarin Keotsom, and Mr. Somjet Limpaphan, alongside representatives from the Federation of Thai Industries, such as Mr. Aphichit Prasoprat and Mrs. Pimjai Lee-Issaranukul.
