It is expedient to dissolve the House of Representatives in order to hold a new general election of members of the House of Representatives. By virtue of Section 103 and Section 175 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand therefore graciously To enact a Royal Decree to dissolve the House of Representatives, B.E. 2566, which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. Also to dissolve the House of Representatives for a general election of members of the House of Representatives and a new election of members of the House of Representatives shall be held on the date specified by the Election Commission, which must not be less than 45 days but not more than 60 days from the date this Royal Decree comes into force. Including the Chairman of the Election Commission shall act in accordance with this Royal Decree.
