A former U.S. official known as an advisor to U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump visited Hyundai Motor Group in Seoul, the group said Monday. Fred Fleitz, vice chair of the Center for American Security at the America First Policy Institute, held a meeting with Hyundai officials who are in charge of overseas business, a group official said by phone. Fleitz exchanged views with Hyundai officials over the upcoming U.S. election in November, global trade and the investment environment in the United States, the official said. Fleitz is a former Central Intelligence Agency analyst and previously served on the National Security Council under former President Trump's administration. Source: Yonhap News Agency
