Thanakorn Coordinates Sending Mechanics to the South to Help Repair Flooded Cars

Bangkok: Thanakorn Wangboonkhongchana, Minister of Industry, has taken a significant step in coordinating with automobile operators to dispatch mechanics to the southern region to assist in repairing vehicles damaged by recent floods. This initiative comes in the wake of the Prime Minister's visit to the area to assess the ongoing flood situation.

According to Thai News Agency, Wangboonkhongchana noted that while the water levels in Hat Yai have started to recede, the situation remains challenging, and operations in the area are still hindered. As part of the relief efforts, the Ministry of Industry has mobilized resources in collaboration with private sector partners and automotive operators to send skilled mechanics to the affected areas. This support aims to expedite the repair process for flood-damaged vehicles, providing much-needed assistance to residents impacted by the natural disaster.
