Bangkok: The Thai Red Cross Society has issued an urgent call for blood donations from Thai citizens to assist in alleviating the impact of the severe flooding in the southern region of the country. The organization emphasizes the critical need for blood donations to support those affected by the natural disaster.

According to Thai News Agency, the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society is spearheading the initiative, encouraging people across the nation to participate. Blood donations can be made at over 135 hospitals located in the southern region, as well as at the National Blood Centre and the National Blood Service Center in 11 provinces nationwide. The response from the public is crucial to ensuring an adequate supply of blood for those in need during this crisis.
