Bangkok: Thaioil Group has successfully received Carbon Footprint of Product certification for its petroleum and petrochemical products. This significant achievement was announced by Thaioil Group after receiving the certification from Thaioil Public Company Limited (TOP), Thai Paraxylene Company Limited (TPX), and LABIX Company Limited (LABIX) at a ceremony organized by the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization at the Thailand Institute of Justice. According to Thai News Agency, this certification covers 10 products from the Thaioil Group. From TOP, kerosene and jet fuel have been certified. TPX's certified products include paraxylene, benzene, toluene, mixed xylene, and heavy hydrocarbons. Meanwhile, LABIX has received certification for three products: linear alkyl benzene (LAB), molex raffinate, and heavy alkyl benzene (HAB). This certification underscores Thaioil Group's commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions across its product lines. The certification aligns with the company's Net Zero Pathwa y, which aims to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions.
