Pattaya: The Election Commission observed the opening of the ballot boxes in Pattaya and everything went smoothly. The atmosphere during the elections for Pattaya City Council members and the Pattaya Mayor was orderly.
According to Thai News Agency, at polling stations 5-9 in Constituency 1, Pattaya City, Mr. Anan Suwannarat, a member of the Election Commission, along with the Chonburi Provincial Election Commission and related agencies, observed the opening of the ballot boxes and monitored the readiness of the operations since the morning.
After polling stations opened at 8:00 AM, eligible voters continuously arrived to cast their ballots, amidst assistance from election officials. The process was orderly and transparent.
Pattaya City invites all eligible voters to exercise their right to vote for members of the Pattaya City Council and the Mayor of Pattaya on Sunday, June 28, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM at their designated polling station, to collectively elect representatives and local administrators to develop Pattaya City in the future.
