Bangkok: Sena Development Public Company Limited (SENA) is set to open subscriptions for a new series of debentures with a fixed interest rate ranging from 5.70% to 5.95% per annum, targeting institutional and large investors. The subscription period is expected to run from September 15 to 17.
According to Thai News Agency, SENA has announced its financial results for the first half of 2025, reporting total revenue of 2.64 billion baht and a net profit of 301 million baht. The net profit represents 11% of the total revenue and marks a 37% increase compared to the same period the previous year, highlighting the company's management capabilities despite market pressures. SENA remains confident in its financial strength, maintaining stable liquidity and cash flow amid challenges in the real estate sector.
By the end of the second quarter of 2025, SENA's interest-bearing debt to equity (IBD/E) ratio was recorded at 1.27, which is below the maximum limit of 2.50 stipulated in the company's terms and conditions. The SENA259A debentures, valued at 1.53 billion baht, are scheduled for repayment on September 15, 2025. In preparation, SENA is in the process of issuing and offering a new debenture series, Issue 2/2025, with a maturity of 2 years and 6 months. The debentures will offer a fixed interest rate of 5.70% to 5.95% per annum, with interest payable quarterly to institutional and high-net-worth investors. The subscription will be available through 16 leading financial institutions.
SENA received a "BBB-" issuer credit rating with a "Stable" outlook from Tris Rating Co., Ltd. on July 3, 2025.
