Seattle: The Seahawks staged a comeback against the Patriots, winning 13-10 and avenging their previous Super Bowl loss. Sam Darnold, the Seahawks' starting quarterback, had to leave the field early after only five plays due to a hip injury. The Seattle Seahawks also gave up nearly 100 yards from fouls, but they still managed to fight back and defeat the New England Patriots 13-10 in a Super Bowl rematch.
According to Thai News Agency, the crucial turning point came in the Seahawks' defense, which successfully intercepted three interceptions against Patriots quarterback Drake May in the second half. A particularly impressive interception was by Josh Job, who capitalized on a lucky bounce as the Patriots were driving into field goal range for a chance to score.
This victory may cause some concern among fans regarding Darnold's injury, but it was a superb performance and provides greater reassurance to the team if Drew Lock is to be the long-term starter. Importantly, it once again proved just how formidable Seattle's defense can be when in top form.
Drew Lock had an outstanding game, completing 16 of 22 passes for 187 yards. A highlight was his game-changing 45-yard touchdown pass to Jackson Smith-Nijgba to tie the game. Throughout the entire match, Lock allowed only one sack and no turnovers.
Smith-Nijgba's touchdown came after May's first interception early in the fourth quarter. May attempted a high throw into Seattle territory before Nehemiah Pritchett scored his first career interception.
In the next Patriots offensive drive, May threw a slow, back pass to DeMario Davis, allowing Julian Love to intercept the ball again, ultimately leading to the winning field goal.
