The Rajabhakti Park in Hua Hin will be closed from November 15-30, Ms Orasa Arvutkhom, the director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand's Prachuap Khiri Khan Office, said on Wednesday.
She said the historic Rajabhakti Park and the statues of seven former Thai kings will be renovated and improved of their structures and landscape during the two-week long closure.
She said tourist agencies have been informed of the closure so they could have time to rearrange their tour schedules for tourists.
The park is located on an army-owned plot covering 222 rai in Hua Hin .
