Phnom Penh: The Prime Minister paid an audience with His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, on the occasion of her official visit to Cambodia. Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, met with His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM SIHAMONI at the Deva Vinicchaya Throne Hall, Royal Palace.
According to Thai News Agency, the relationship and cooperation between Thailand and Cambodia, particularly people-to-people relations, form the foundation of the enduring friendship between the two nations. The Thai government places importance on fostering closer interactions between the citizens of both countries through various developmental cooperation projects in Cambodia. These projects, especially those under the royal initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, are viewed as a bridge to further strengthen the ties between Thailand and Cambodia.
