Bangkok: The Prime Minister signed a book of condolences for His Majesty King Harald V of Norway. Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul expressed his sympathies by signing the book at the Ambassador's Residence on Sukhumvit Road, located in the Khlong Toei District of Bangkok.
According to Thai News Agency, King Harald V of Norway passed away at the age of 89. The Royal Palace in Oslo announced that the king died peacefully at 6:35 a.m. local time in Norway, which corresponds to 11:35 a.m. Thailand time, on Friday, August 28th. His Majesty had been receiving treatment for a rare blood disorder at a national hospital in Oslo.
