Premchai Kositpipat Retires as ITD CEO, Son Tharanis Karnasuta Appointed Successor

Bangkok:Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) has announced the retirement of its CEO, Premchai Kositpipat, and the appointment of his youngest son, Tharanis Karnasuta, to the position.

According to Thai News Agency, the company informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand about the leadership change. Mr. Worawut Hiranyapaisalsakul, Company Secretary of ITD, officially notified the Board of Directors and the Managing Director about Premchai's resignation.

The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting No. 1/10/2569 held on October 1, 2026, which acknowledged Premchai's retirement effective from that date. The meeting also confirmed the appointment of Tharanis Karnasuta as the new CEO, following a prior resolution made in December 2021 to ensure continued and efficient management of the company.

Tharanis Karnasuta, who has served as a company director since 2014, is the youngest of three siblings and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of California, Berkeley. The company plans to inform the Board of Directors of his new appointment at an appropriate time.
