Khon Kaen: The entire village of Ban Ped Subdistrict in Mueang District is in a state of alarm after a pervert thief made off with a collection of underwear. The thief, who was seen riding a motorcycle, brazenly snatched the garments that were left hanging to dry next to a house. According to Thai News Agency, the victim, Ms. Ying, age 33, reported the incident to reporters who visited the scene. Ms. Ying expressed her shock and concern over the theft and stated that she is preparing to report the matter to the police. The authorities are expected to launch an investigation to track down the culprit and ensure justice is served for the unusual crime that has disturbed the peace of the community.
