On 6 July 2017 at 07.30, Permanent Secretary of Labour M.L. Puntrik Smiti joined the monk offering and blessings ceremony, on the birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn. The ceremony took place at the Chulabhorn Research Institute.
