At Tha Tien Pier, which is opposite Wat Arun Ratchawararam, the area is now open for the public to enter to watch the Royal Barge Procession. At almost 1:00 PM, officials began leading people who had been queuing in front of Tha Tien since early morning to the area inside Tha Tien, where tents and chairs had been set up, initially for 300 seats, which were immediately full because there were so many people queuing up. However, with the people's perseverance and loyalty, they refused to back down, even if they had to wait in the blazing sun, so the area was expanded. Even though they had to sit on the floor, the people were willing to do so, hoping to see the beautiful sight of the Royal Barge Procession and see His Majesty the King's majesty, because at Tha Tien, on the opposite bank is the Wat Arun Ratchawararam Ratchaworamahawihan pier, which will be the point where the Royal Barge Procession will dock and His Majesty the King will disembark from the royal barge.
