The National Anti-Corruption Commission has declared the Rajabhakti Park project in Hua Hin above board by a unanimous vote of 9:0.
NACC chairman Pol Gen Watcharapol Prasarnratchakit said Wednesday that the anti-graft panel voted nine against zero to declare the Rajabhakti Park project above board after it found no irregularities in the implementation of the project and that the project was undertaken in accordance with rules and regulations.
He said the commission had received good cooperation from the investigation panels of the army and the Defence Ministry in providing evidences to the commission and in facilitating witnesses to be questioned by the commission.
However, he said that if any complainants have doubt about the commission's findings, the commission is ready to answer their doubts.
Implemented by the army, the 700 million baht park project features seven giant bronze statues of seven former Thai kings, a museum and an exhibition centre.
