Bangkok: Muang Thai Life Assurance, in collaboration with Kasikornbank, has launched a new insurance plan, "90/9 Super Bonus Life Insurance," to meet the needs of planning for a stable and continuous income even into retirement.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Sara Lamsam, Chief Executive Officer of Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited, highlighted the increasing emphasis on long-term financial planning as Thailand's population ages. To address this growing need, Muang Thai Life Assurance has teamed up with Kasikornbank to introduce the "90/9 Super Bonus Life Insurance." This product is tailored for individuals preparing for retirement and seeking to build stable wealth, and will be exclusively available through Kasikornbank branches across the nation.
Ms. Nattaya Sukhum, Senior Executive Vice President and Co-Manager of the Wealth Management and Bancassurance Division at Kasikornbank, explained that the "90/9 Super Bonus" policy transforms current premiums into steady income, ensuring financial security. The plan offers annual passive income until age 89, culminating in a lump sum payment at age 90.
The "90/9 Super Bonus Life Insurance" is notable for its inclusivity, allowing insurers aged 20 to 75, and promising clear returns. It provides a high cashback of 12% per year of the initial insurance capital from policy years 1-20, and an additional 15% annual cashback from the 21st year until age 89. Upon reaching 90, policyholders receive a lump sum of 900% of the initial insurance amount, while only paying premiums for the first 9 years, with coverage extending up to age 90.
Other benefits of this policy include no health check-ups or health questions, and eligibility for tax deductions as per the Revenue Department's conditions.
