The Mon Saiyan people of Myanmar organized activities to honor her memory, lowering flags to half-staff and standing in silence. Mon leaders expressed deep gratitude for Her Majesty's care, which was a source of boundless grace for the Mon community.
According to Thai News Agency, over 4,400 individuals at Lanna Polytechnic College in Chiang Mai Province, including administrators, teachers, and students, gathered at the college's flagpole to pay their respects. They observed a 93-second silence, prayed, meditated, and sang "Thua Alai Suea Sawan Khalai" in honor of Her Majesty.
In Kosamphi Nakhon District, Kamphaeng Phet Province, as part of the approaching Loi Krathong festival, women and elderly residents of Lan Dok Mai Tok Subdistrict crafted black and white corn husk krathongs to express their condolences. These krathongs, made from natural materials, symbolize the nation's collective mourning.
Phatthalung Province's Ban Hua Pa Khiao Arts and Crafts Center held a ceremony where flags were lowered to half-mast. The ceremony highlighted Her Majesty's contribution to local farmers, providing them with sustainable income through handicrafts.
Members of the Chum Het Municipality Council, alongside staff and the Ministry of Interior's housewives, signed a condolence book and donated blood to the Buriram Red Cross Society as a royal merit. This act of generosity was held in the Chum Het Municipality multipurpose auditorium.
At Drunothai School, a Christian school in Mueang Trang District, 2,054 teachers and students expressed their condolences by singing the Thai national anthem and observing a minute of silence. The school announced the suspension of all entertainment activities for at least 90 days as a mark of respect for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother.
