Bangkok: Attorney Saiyut Pengbunchu has accepted the legal representation of Mr. Parinya Intachai, popularly known as Way Titanium, and Ms. Raibeena Intachai, known as Nana Raibeena. The celebrity couple is currently embroiled in a controversy, with Nana Raibeena having been detained by the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) earlier today.
According to Thai News Agency, Saiyut dispatched a letter to the officers at the TCSD's Division 4, dated December 1st, indicating that he had been authorized by the couple to meet with investigators and assist in coordinating their arrest. This proactive measure aims to facilitate the legal process should the couple become suspects or if arrest warrants are issued against them.
The couple, represented by Mr. Saiyut, is prepared to fully engage with the legal procedures. In the event of an arrest warrant or a summons for acknowledging charges, Mr. Saiyut has expressed their readiness to comply for the benefit of the government, thereby avoiding the necessity of additional legal actions such as summonses or arrest warrants.
