Lawyer Saiyut Counters Central Investigation Bureau with Evidence on Nana and Way’s Surrender

Bangkok: Lawyer Saiyut Pengbunchu has presented evidence to counter claims by the Central Investigation Bureau regarding the surrender process of Nana Raibeena and Way (Parinya Intachai). The situation unfolded after a post on the "Lawyer Saiyut Pengbunchu" Facebook page showed the lawyer alongside Nana Raibeena in front of the Central Investigation Bureau headquarters. The post's caption suggested that the Technology Crime Suppression Division 4 did not act on the voluntary surrender of the individuals, leading to unnecessary procedural delays.

According to Thai News Agency, a memo was shared detailing the circumstances of the case. It was addressed to Sub-Division 4, Crime Suppression Division, and dated December 1, 2025. In the memo, Mr. Saiyut Pengbunchu stated his role as the legal representative for Mr. Parinya Intachai and Ms. Raibeena Intachai. He expressed his intent to coordinate their surrender in light of potential arrest warrants or charges, aiming to facilitate a smoother legal process that could avoid the issuance of summonses and arrest warrants.

The lawyer emphasized that both individuals were prepared to comply with the legal proceedings and were ready to provide testimony if required. Mr. Saiyut also offered his contact information should the authorities wish to proceed with their release. The situation highlights ongoing tensions between the legal representatives and the Central Investigation Bureau regarding the handling of the case.
