They searched 2 locations and seized 5 locally-made guns.
According to Thai News Agency, the police officers investigated the case and collected evidence to request search warrants from the court for two target locations. At the first location, a house in Village 6, Huai Si Thon Subdistrict, Mueang Kalasin District, Kalasin Province, they arrested Mr. Pathomporn, 27 years old, owner of the Facebook account named 'Pathomporn.', along with evidence of 3 homemade firearms.
At the second location, a house in Village 10, Lao Hai Ngam Subdistrict, Kuchinarai District, Kalasin Province, Mr. Direk, 56 years old, owner of the Facebook account named 'Chang Direk.', was found with evidence of 2 homemade rifles. Both individuals were charged with 'possession of firearms without permission from the local registrar.'
Initially, both suspects confessed to all charges. Therefore, they were taken into custody for legal proceedings.
