Bangkok: Vietrio's Gun Napat is preparing for a special performance titled "Melody of Our Hearts" at the Nine Entertainment Awards 2026, which he considers the greatest honor of his life. The event, presented by Thonburi Phanich, is set to take place on March 12, 2026, at Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon. This year's eagerly anticipated highlight is the rendition of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's favorite songs, featuring Gun Napat performing "Rak Nai C Major" by Grand Ex, alongside Title Matiman and Firstwan Wannakorn singing "Muean Khoei" by Boy Kosiyapong, and the sibling trio from the band Vietrio.
According to Thai News Agency, the final rehearsals saw Gun Napat and V3 Trio preparing for the big night. Pae from V3 Trio, tasked with creating the music for the performance, expressed his honor in participating, particularly enjoying the collaboration with talented singers like Tle-Firstwan and Gun Napat. Pae fondly recalled working with Gun 16 years ago, shortly after Gun's victory in The Star 6 competition.
Pae explained that his goal was to create something beyond an ordinary cover, integrating both strings and piano with classical music influences to produce a harmonious fusion of Thai and Western music. This approach ensures the performance feels cohesive and respectful to the original compositions.
Gun Napat shared his excitement about performing on such a grand stage once again. He expressed his admiration for the beautiful music he rehearsed, which has fueled his determination to deliver an exceptional performance. He noted the significance of performing one of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's favorite songs, emphasizing his commitment to delivering a perfect rendition.
