Bangkok: The Government Housing Bank (GHB) has launched a significant auction featuring over 10,000 pre-owned homes, offering discounts as steep as 50% for a range of properties including detached houses, townhouses, semi-detached houses, condominiums, and vacant land.
According to Thai News Agency, the auction is divided into 1,200 properties located in Bangkok and its surrounding areas. A noteworthy listing is a two-story townhouse with an area of 18.10 square wah in the Lio Elite Watcharapol - Sukhapiban 5 project in Sai Mai District, Bangkok. This property benefits from a prime location with convenient transportation options, being near the Pink and Green Line electric train stations, and has a starting bid price of 2,520,000 baht. Meanwhile, in the provinces, there are 9,000 properties up for grabs.
Among the interesting provincial properties is a two-story townhouse with an area of 25 square wah in the Nipha Land project, located in Phang La sub-district, Sadao district, Songkhla province, with a starting bid of 2,000,000 baht. This property is situated in a municipal and community area. Notably, the auction also includes properties with starting bid prices as low as 50,000 baht, such as a condominium with an area of 26.25 square meters in the Pla Thong 20 project, Mueang Pathum Thani district, Pathum Thani province.
