Bangkok: Frontier Technology, operating under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), has awarded prizes to 12 business entrepreneurs who have excelled in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics through the regional science park mechanism under the Frontier Technology Project 2026. According to Thai News Agency, the award ceremony was presided over by Dr. Sriyada Palimapan, Advisor to the Minister of MHESI. Dr. Sriyada represented Prof. Dr. Yoschanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of MHESI, during a press conference that highlighted the achievements of the 'Integrated Activities and Evaluation Project for Enhancing Frontier Technology and Innovation Competitiveness through the Regional Science Park Consortium Mechanism, Fiscal Year 2026'. Dr. Sriyada emphasized the importance of cutting-edge technology, particularly AI, as a crucial 'new infrastructure' for economic advancement. The success of the 12 entrepreneurs underscores the essential role of regional science parks in bridging academic and research knowledge with business applications. This collaboration has led to reduced costs, improved production efficiency, and new business opportunities for Thai entrepreneurs across various industries. The awarded entrepreneurs have demonstrated tangible outcomes through their participation in the project. Among them is Wynnnova Solutions Co., Ltd., which developed the 'EXGAME - AI Educational Game' platform, significantly speeding up the software development process. MultiOneX Co., Ltd. introduced an AI-powered system that streamlines consignment management and opens new business avenues. Madthan Store applied the 'MADTHAN AI 360°' strategy to achieve impressive sales growth and return on investment, while Wiya Crepe Products Co., Ltd. improved production efficiency with their 'CrabSense OPS' system. I-Rich Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and PP Trading and Ventures Co., Ltd. both utilized AI to enhance their operational processes and reduce time and error s. Other notable innovations include SSK Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd.'s reduction of production waste and increased efficiency, Innova Telecommunication Co., Ltd.'s real-time inventory alert system, and Janyadee Innovation Co., Ltd.'s AI-integrated branch management system. IS Software Co., Ltd. focused on predictive maintenance, while FandB Bedding Co., Ltd. and T-Square Consulting Co., Ltd. developed systems to reduce work redundancy and improve business planning efficiency, respectively. The ceremony not only recognized these achievements but also encouraged Thai businesses to harness the potential of Frontier Technology. MHESI and its regional science parks are committed to fostering these innovations to strengthen Thailand's digital economy foundation.
