Bangkok: A fire broke out at an electronics and electrical parts manufacturing plant in the Rojana Industrial Park. No injuries or fatalities were reported. The incident occurred at approximately 2:00 PM today at an electronic component manufacturing company for electrical equipment located within the Rojana Industrial Park, Project 1, Khan Ham Subdistrict, Uthai District.
According to Thai News Agency, police from Uthai Thani Police Station, along with related officials, rushed to the scene and used water trucks to spray water to extinguish the fire for an extended period. The flames raged fiercely, and while they were able to control the situation to some extent, they continued to spray water as the fire had not been completely extinguished and smoke was still billowing out.
One employee said that it was an overtime day, so some employees were still working. Before the incident, they heard the alarm sound for a while, then a loud explosion was heard, followed by flames quickly engulfing Building 2. Everyone scrambled out in chaos. Some climbed out of the windows, and fortunately, no one was injured or killed.
