Suphan buri: The Chairman of the Election Commission observed the election of members of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization Council and the Subdistrict Chief in Suphan Buri. The Chairman, Mr. Narong Klanwarin, was accompanied by a team including Ms. Natthinan Srilasak, an expert advisor, Pol. Lt. Col. Rapeepong Jiraphatanalak, a contract employee, and Mr. Somkiat Kongdee, secretary to the Chairman, to monitor the elections held nationwide.
According to Thai News Agency, the Chairman and his team specifically visited polling stations in the Sanamchai Subdistrict Administrative Organization area within the Mueang Suphan Buri District, including Wat Laothong, Wat Sanamchai, and Wat Thammamongkol in the Phai Khwang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. They were welcomed by Mr. Natthapong Sanguanjit, Governor of Suphan Buri Province, along with other officials such as Mr. Komkrit Thipsomboon, Director of the Suphan Buri Provincial Election Commission Office, Pol. Maj. Gen. Wacharin Prasobdee, Commander of the Suphan Buri Provincial Police, and Mr. Sittiporn Konghom, District Chief of Mueang Suphan Buri.
During their visit, they observed the opening procedures of the polling stations, the preparations made by polling station committees, and the processes in place to facilitate voters. They also provided instructions to officials to ensure that they performed their duties carefully, honestly, fairly, and in accordance with the law.
