Bangkok:Dr. Khwan has officially filed a complaint with the Crime Suppression Division (CSD) against the Good Deeds Organization foundation. The complaint alleges mismanagement of donated funds and items by the foundation.
According to Thai News Agency, Dr. Khwan, a businesswoman and owner of a beauty clinic, took this step after discussions with Mr. Phudit Kamnerdploy and several acquaintances who were impacted by the situation. She decided to act as a representative for those too afraid to come forward.
Dr. Khwan expressed her disappointment over the misuse of donations meant for flood relief, including medical supplies, pet food, human food, drinking water, medicine, and diapers. She criticized the actions as a betrayal of public trust and urged the public to differentiate between genuine mistakes and intentional fraud. Dr. Khwan also questioned the use of a child during a press conference by Boom Panadda, who runs the foundation, and called for clarity on the foundation's financial practices, particularly the handling of 7 million baht in cash.
Dr. Khwan emphasized her previous trust in Boom Panadda, which was shaken by new evidence provided by Mr. Phudit Kamnerdploy. She encouraged others in the entertainment industry and those close to the situation to come forward with information and pursue legal action if necessary.
